About
林亞岑（ Eavn__Lin ）
1999年生於台灣 高雄。
目前就於國立臺灣藝術大學當代視覺文化與實踐碩士。
具備創作、藝術評論以及策展背景，近期主要關注於跨域的創作實踐與評論書寫，以主題性策展及跨域合作計畫作為實踐方法，去探索「我 / 我們」之間的邊界與交織的可能。文章散見於典藏Artouch、非池中、表演藝術評論台與劇說戲言網站。
個人創作關注個體在當代生活的不安與衝突感，其擅長以繪畫、錄像與動力機械為媒材，透過自製的裝置模擬日常動作或身體循環，進而探討在資本化社會下個體與社群間的矛盾與衝突，以及其背後的政治與權力關係。2020年與藝術家好友組成藝術團體介力屋（leverage studio），以團體的方式進行多次作品實驗與發表。
2025年《歡迎光臨介力屋》，擔任策展人與參展藝術家，此展獲國藝會114-1期常態補助。
2024年擔任《LOOP展演計畫》計劃主持人，獲選王道銀行堤頂之星2.0計畫跨領域表演藝術類支持，於計畫中擔任導演及舞台設計。
2022年以「ㄧˊ居之所-美術館中的過河遊戲」一展，獲選有章藝術博物館臺藝新策計畫，擔任策展人。
曾獲2023關渡宮大專西畫新秀獎首獎、2019年王陳靜文創作比賽油畫類首獎。

Currently studying at National Taiwan University of Arts, MFA.
YA-CEN is a curator as well as an artist. Her practice focuses on the contradiction between society and individuals, and the formation of its social structures in the contemporary era. She sees her personal work process as an exploration of a life of an individual, and her process of curatorial and cooperative projects as methods of working with others. Through these explorations, she attempts to shift the process from "I" to "WE".
Her works across a range of media, that includes painting, installation, bookmaking, performance, text, and others.
She is currently interested in historical texts and images that about country identity and post-colonialism. She is also a co-founder of leverage studio, an art group consisting of artists and researchers.
