藝術家將直接吞食洗淨脫皮後的咖啡果實,使咖啡豆在其胃裡完成發酵後去殼,由於咖啡豆不能被消化,會直接被排泄出來,這些豆子便是藝術家咖啡的原料,藝術家將親自進行清洗、曬乾、脫殼、烘培豆子的過程,並在同時將其製作過程記錄下來,收集成影像紀錄.文獻,並將其轉換成作品的一部分,在展覽時成為作品其中一部份元素一同展出。
在這個計畫中,藝術家嘗試以不同的器官來完成創作,重新思考當代藝術的生產過程,以及創作與藝術家之間的關係
《Artist's Coffee Project》

The artist directly swallowed the coffee berries, made them fermented in the stomach. Since the beans cannot be digested, they will be excreted directly out. Then her collected the shelled beans that are the raw materials for the artist’s coffee. The artist personally wash, dry, hull, and roast the beans. At the same time, her record the process through videos and sketches. Those will become part of the elements to show at the exhibition. Use this behavior to think about the production process of contemporary art and the relationship between creation and the artist.
In this project, the artist explore different organs to complete the creation, rethink the production process of contemporary art, and the relationship between creation and the artist.
